What is my ideal weight? How can I calculate my ideal weight in relation to my height? You may sometimes find yourself asking questions like this. To calculate your ideal weight, we use two values, namely your height and weight, as well as a ratio which will depend on your gender. Therefore, a woman’s ideal weight is calculated slightly differently than that of a man: 

  • Ideal weight (female) = height in cm − 100 − ((height in cm − 150) / 2.5)
